Ergo2Go 30-Day Comfort Guarantee

We want you to love your Ergo2go LP Cushion! We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

  • Standard Returns (Remorse/Preference): Items must be in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping label costs, or a flat $5.99 fee will be deducted from your final refund.

  • Defect & Air Leak Policy: All inflatables are factory-tested. However, if your cushion experiences a valve leak or manufacturing defect within 30 days, do not ship it back! Email us a quick photo/video of the issue, and our team will issue an instant free replacement or refund.

  • Hygiene Note: Due to health and hygiene standards, heavily used or soiled cushions cannot be restocked and may be subject to a partial refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
